Our May round-up

May was another supersize month at Content Soup, as we added three new education clients to our menu.

First up is the University of Bradford, who we’re working with on an email campaign delivery programme. After a competitive pitch, we’ve been selected as their copywriting partners, producing student recruitment emails by the dozen. We’ve worked with the University of Bradford comms team on various projects, and they are always inspiring, good fun and clever, so it’s great to be working with them again.

Onside Live, a new tech company which is transforming the way schools run their after-school clubs and holiday camps, has hired us to manage its business launch PR and advertising strategy. We’re charged with generating high quality editorial in the education and regional media, to positively influence decision makers at schools. On it!

And last but certainly not least, we're providing more copywriting support to our friends at Calderdale College.

On top of all that, we’ve got off to a flying start with our new client Mojo Sauce, securing coverage in industry press straight off the bat and getting a foot in the door with an Asda buyer they’ve been lusting after for ages. Keeping everything crossed for them on that one. On social media management, we’ve reported one of our best months yet in terms of results for Leeds Law School at Leeds Beckett University, and we’re cooking up something special with our property client Manning Stainton, who continue to watch the housing market go absolutely nuts.

And then the weirdest thing to happen to us this month is that we were compared to Little Mix in the national news! On the back of Perrie and Leigh-Anne announcing they are pregnant at the same time, we saw an opportunity to do a bit of our own PR and pitch our story to the press, about that time we got pregnant within five weeks of each other when we’d just started Content Soup. Here’s the article in The Metro. Nina was also featured in Prolific North's 'What I've Learnt' series - read her interview here.

Hope you’ve all had a good one. Here’s to more of the same next month.
