Sold to Manning Stainton

Manning Stainton is the region’s leading estate agent with 19 branches across Leeds, Wetherby and Wakefield. We’ve been working with them since 2018, after being appointed following a three-way pitch.

Our experience within the property sector is second-to-none (having worked for several national agents and well-known mortgage providers), so the team tasked us with getting the brand mentioned in all the right places using a variety of PR tactics and our network of trusted media contacts.

Our remit for Manning Stainton is wide, but our key objectives are to:

  1. Raise awareness of it amongst home buyers and sellers
  2. Position it as a voice of authority within the property market, with unrivalled regional knowledge
  3. Highlight the company’s commitment to giving back to the communities it operates in

Our work

Our approach for Manning Stainton is multi-pronged.

We create regular thought-leadership features on hot property-related topics, provide commentary on national House Price Indexes and key industry news, and regularly pick out amazing properties on sale with the agent to sell into the media.

We also put out a constant stream of news about the company’s performance and its community projects, as well as profiling key people within the business.

We’ve generated masses of headlines and meaty coverage for Manning Stainton, both regionally and nationally. Our thought leadership features are regularly included in the Yorkshire Post and our industry leading commentary and top property picks are often covered in the nationals, including The Guardian,, The Sun, AOL, Yahoo, The Times, The Sunday Times and Mail Online.

We’ve also secured profile pieces for key employees in the regional business media, and the company’s CSR activities are regularly featured in regional and trade press.

In fact, since we began working with Manning Stainton, we’ve generated more than 330 quality pieces of coverage, including 27 nationals, reaching an audience of over £26m and generating a PR value of £2.6m.

Not too bad, if we do say so ourselves, and we can’t wait to generate even more great coverage for Manning Stainton moving forward.

Our client’s happy too. Kate Arnold, head of marketing at Manning Stainton, says: “When we first met Jasmine and Nina, we knew they’d be able to offer us a fresh approach to our PR strategy. A great local company that very quickly understood our business and our brand and has generated some great coverage for us both locally and nationally.

“We enjoy working with them and would highly recommend!”
